2. Scope of Services
Paska Media provides media production and content services, including but not limited to:
- Short-form video editing
- Content clipping
- Creative strategy
- Content repurposing
- Media operations support
- Other agreed digital media services
Services are delivered based on a separate agreement, proposal, or subscription plan.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and materials
- Confirm they have the legal rights to all provided content
- Respond to feedback requests within reasonable time
- Not use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
You remain fully responsible for the legality of your content, including copyright compliance.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Pricing is provided via proposal, call, or subscription agreement
- Payment terms are stated in the invoice or agreement
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled per agreed notice period
- Subscriptions have an initial 3-month period where cancellation is not possible
- Subscriptions have a cancellation period of one month
Unless stated otherwise, all fees are exclusive of VAT.
5. Intellectual Property
Client Content
All materials provided by the client remain the property of the client.
Created Content
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Final delivered content becomes the property of the client
- Paska Media retains the right to use delivered work for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Raw project files remain the property of Paska Media unless explicitly transferred.
6. Revisions
Revisions, where applicable, are included as outlined in your plan or agreement. Excessive or additional revisions may incur additional fees.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Paska Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months
- We do not guarantee specific performance results (e.g., views, revenue, algorithm outcomes)
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payments are not made
- The client violates applicable law
- The client breaches these terms
Clients may terminate per the agreed notice period in their subscription agreement.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
